Second semester

Things are ramping in second semester. We are now not only doing our half hour radio show a week but we are also doing a newscast and we will start voice tracking for our online radio station. Plus all the assignments and homework...it's a lot to work on.
I think the class that I'm liking the most is the one that gives us the most artistic freedom...which is Production.

First Semester assignments

I finally found an mp3 hosting site so that I can share some of my assignments. I got pretty good marks on each of these and worked really hard on them. All of them are my voice unless stated. Please do not use without my permission.
Remember these are assignments from class and all the content is copywrited it's respective owners.



This is a short read of an ABBA song...we were instructed to say the verses not sing them.



this is another one from my preformance class. It is a poem that I had to read and add background music to.



This preformance assignment we got to choose the content we were to preform. I chose Broken Wings. Again we were instructed to say the verses and not sing them and we had to add background music to it.

I will be adding some of my promos and commercials too and when I can I will add clips from my Monday morning radio show. ^^

It has been such a long time since I have updated my blog. A lot has happened since then. I didn't make it through fist year animation which still saddens me even now but I have moved on to other things. I am now in my first year of Radio broadcasting and loving it! I am doing well in my classes and I am on the air live for a half hour a week. My time slot for the remainder of the semester is 11:30am eastern time on Mondays. If I can figure out how to do it I will post some of my assignments on here which will all be audio files of my awsome voice. ^^'

Year Two - Second Semester

So back in school...I find myself back in pre-animation for semester two because even though I worked hard I failed semester one of animation drawing. Perhapse this is for the best...I have also decided to go on to a different road. I have applied for Graphic Design and Radiobroadcasting.
Perhapse later on in life I may go back and try animation again because I love animation and I love to draw.
Here are just a couple things I have worked on since the beginning of the year:

Moving back

So I'm rather suprised at how fast the summer went. It's already half way through Aug. and I'm packing to move back to Ottawa. I am excited to move but a little sad too cause I'll be moving away from my friends again. Though I will get to see my school friends again too. ^^
Still havn't been drawing as much as I would have liked to...I know it's gonna kill me going into Animation. I also really wanted to go to a sketch night but with me moving home for the summer that was really hard to do.
So I move in three days and have so much more packing to do o.O

First June update

I have been drawing....really I have ^^; Most of my stuff goes up on deviantart cause I get more feedback there than I do here.
I have been bad in the fact that I havn't been drawing as many layouts as I should and have been focusing more on characters instead. >.<
Ummm...ok so I did have more written here but blogger ate my words or something stupid like that....buuu...
So stuff...yes...

Some Updates

I'm not sure if anyone stops by my blog but I will update anyways ^^
My summer so far has been very busy!! My friends demanded lots of my time when I got home and I just got back from Anime North! I saw the Labrynth books tabe that took up an entire wall of the dealers room...they had so much stuff with them!!!
I had also promised to draw my friends some "pretties" for helping me unpack all my crap from the truck when I got home. ^^ I have a couple of them done but only one has been scanned.
I will share more of my summer drawings when I got them scanned.
